alraune89:

The “family portrait” featuring baby Alfred (from “Tanz der Vampire”) with his parents. I intended to draw Alfred’s parents for a looong time now, but I was unable to do so until now… mostly because I had a hard time figuring out the way his parents could look like.
Anyway, here’s my interpretation. In my mind Alfred would look a bit like his father but he’ll have his mother’s curly hair, eyes and personality.

Reblogging myself, just because. XD

Sánta László as Alfred. This photo was taken back when he was still performing in the Hungarian production of “Tanz…”. From what I heard he quit playing there because he found it difficult to play both in “Vámpírok Bálja” and in Budapesti Operettszínház.
Right now, if you want to see Láci perform, you can go to the operett - I heard he does a great job in all the shows he’s involved in. Though I wish that he’d have a bigger role variety - it’s a shame how he gets type-casted almost all the time by the operett…

About a year ago, three months before our trip to Budapest to see the 150th VB I had this idea to make a couple of drawings for some of the actors playing in the show. Of course, being a huge Alfred-lover, I just had to make drawings for all the three boys playing Alfred in Budapest.

Tibor was one of them. I didn’t really wanted to go through all the trouble standing at the stagedoor and waiting in anticipation, so I decided to leave the gifts at the merch table. All the gifts I made were given out to their respective recievers… except for one: this was the drawing for Tibor. After the 150th show, when the actors (still in costumes) gathered upstairs, my friend and I walked up to him and I gave Tibor the package…

Of course he was really happy, and even decided to pose with us for a photo holding the drawing (I removed myself from the picture because of the derpy face that I made :-P). XD

So there… XD
